Also, identifying improvements areas and implementing adequate measures to attain corporate goals/targets. Subject knowledge of managing entire gamut of QA/QC & Operations including resolving the problems and updating the same periodically with the actions/RCA to be undertaken throughout; gained extensive knowledge of Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) & CAPA techniques. Capability of motivating and leading talented professionals; expertise in building large teams that well exceed corporate expectations. Data analysis, prioritization of issue based on its severity and occurrence and track issues till closure. Conducting MRM (Management review Meeting) quarterly and QRM (Quality review Meeting) monthly with management. Sound acumen of various techniques such as TQM, TPM and TPS,5’S, Global 8D, 7QC, 5W1H and 5-Why.
