Job duties entail assisting members with their online banking needs, such as processing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring all transactions are accurate and comply with policies and regulations, along with providing exceptional customer service for members and their banking needs.

• Job duties include helping those in need of assistance through airport TSA safely while making sure to follow airport guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone
• Assist people with baggage, helping them take off and put on clothing, and being the feet for them when they are unable to walk through the airport
• I treat everyone respectfully and kind to make their experience more comfortable and less stressful

• Responsible for seating guests and making them feel welcomed, training new hires for host positions, and packing/managing to-go orders
• Also responsible for maintaining a clean and positive environment for guests while setting an example for other team members
