Founder and CEO of PagodaTree Partners, raised and managing the first evergreen healthcare fund in China, focusing on the healthcare sector. Before Mr. Lu found PagodaTree Partners last year, Mr. Lu served FountainVest Partners for 7 years, during 2011-2018，as the founding member of healthcare team and Managing Director of RMB Fund, and also the founder and head of Fountainvest Beijing office. Now Mr. Lu is also a board member of Ludaopei Hemopathy Hospital(holding), Chang’an Hospital, Avalon Globocare Corp. (Nasdaq:AVCO) and DIH Technology, Cuncao Nursing Home ,and S.S.Strong Healthcare. Ludaopei is a leading Hemopathy specialized hospital in China and the whole world. Chang’an Hospital is one of the largest private general hospital in Northwest China. All the above companies are the portfolio companies Mr. Lu lead in Fountainvest and PagodaTree Partners. Has more than 20 years of experience in Equity investment management and Investment banking, focusing on healthcare investment management more than 10 years; was previously an Investment Director at Sinovo Growth Capital under China Development Bank（2008-2011）, responsible for healthcare and service investment Prior to that, an investment banker for 10 years, Mr. Lu served as Manager and Senior Manager at Guosen Securities（1998-2000）, President at Dayou Capital (2000-2008). Bachelor and Master degrees of Engineering Economics, Tianjin University. Mr. Lu is the Entrepreneurial mentor of Xuanhuai Business School, and the vice-president of Alumni Association of Economics and Management school of Tianjin University; Mr. Lu was born in Chongqing.
