Throughout childhood, chess has been a bounding session between my parents and I. As I matured, my involvement in the game deepened, and I had the opportunity to participate in inter-school tournaments, and multiple smaller tournaments wherein I would engage in fun conversations and make friends. However, during this period, I had no aspirations to affiliate myself with any recognized chess federations such as the USCF, FIDE, or ISCF.
Upon coming back to the states, my perspective towards chess underwent a significant transformation, and my commitment to the game intensified. I began to participate in College and State-level competitions with aspirations to make it to Nations, and furthermore become a GM(Grand Master) which is the highest title in chess.
