• Involved in processing applications in accordance with the program requirements (Engineering/Buisness/FineArts/Education/Health Science/Science), tracking of application documents (transcripts, test scores, recommendation letters, etc.) and monitor the completeness of applications, following up with applicants for missing information.
• Processing Bachelor's to Master's application to the 4+1 program.
• Assisting accepted students with admissions process like accepting admission offer, paying enrollment deposits, matriculating, deferring admission for future term and withdrawal from the program
• Attending the calls received through Five9 and assisting applicants with their queries (admissions process, deadlines, program requirements, matriculate, readmit).
• Responding to the applicant's/faculty/graduate advisor emails received via Salesforce.
• Completing all the tasks assigned by the Supervisor on a day-to-day basis.
• Raising monday.com ticket when there is any issue with the applications.

• ASSIST PUPILS IN SECURING APPROPRIATE LESSONS, SKILL SHEETS AND PROCEDURES
• ASSIST TEACHERS WITH CLERICAL TASKS SUCH AS CORRECTING TESTS, RECORDING RESULTS, XEROXING AND MAINTENANCE OF STUDENT RECORDS
• UNDER THE TEACHER'S DIRECTION, TEACH INDIVIDUAL OR SMALL GROUP LESSONS USING TEACHER PREPARED MATERIALS
• HELP STUDENTS LEARN HOW TO ASSESS AND RECORD THEIR WORK
• ENFORCE SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND HANDLE DISCIPLINARY PROBLEMS FAIRLY AND FIRMLY REPORTING SERIOUS INFRACTIONS TO CLASSROOM TEACHER AND /OR BUILDING ADMINISTRATION

During my time working with TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, I had the opportunity to work with Ford Motors, Melbourne Australia, Ameriprise Inc, Minneapolis, MN and AVIVA, Norwich UK based clients.

• Extensively involved in Requirement gathering, Impact Analysis, high/low level designing.
• Programming, Debugging & problem-solving old bugs &fixes for the legacy account payable systems
• Extensive experience in requirement gathering & testing - built & executed UAT cases.
• Successfully collaborated with client teams from various departments at Ford Motors, Ameriprise Inc and AVIVA.

• This was an In-house project and was involved in building a security system, which included programming the chip (microcontroller 8086), designing the hardware (board designing), using sensors, testing and implementation.
