I am a notable communicator, motivated by any opportunity where I can learn new things or engage with people. I have respect for those everyone including those who are there to guide and teach me. More than willing to go above and beyond, taking on greater responsibilities to help those around me. You can be sure that I will bring these qualities to any position, in addition to other strengths, which include staff and group leadership. For example, being a head server at my job. I am often training new servers and leading them to become the best they can and helping them identify their strengths. I love encouraging guests and providing them a stellar experience.
