2 Years 8 Months- My responsibility at these job was taking inbound calls from customers who needed propane delivery or new propane installations, I also had paper work to do from work done by service tech sand delivery drivers done the previous day.
- We also had walk In customers that we had to help if they purchased gas at our location or any other propane equipment.
- Every day at Amerigas was different and full of different things to do like run reports post, post checks, make outbound calls, and answer customer questions or fix problems on there acts.

- I also made outbound calls to each store to make sure they were ready for there conversion to the new system on there scheduled dates.
