• For this job, I had to provide excellent customer service anywhere inside the club, operate registers, assist with self-checkout, manage the entrance door, exit door, and maintain a clean and safe area.
• The tasks I was assigned to do were to answer the calls at customer service, convince people about upgrading, get deals with our MasterCards, and our Plus membership. I had to multitask, resolve problems, and have the ability to stand for extended periods.

• Processed various forms of payment securely, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
• Identified potential security risks or fraudulent activities, taking appropriate action when necessary.

• My role at UPS was carrying packages, loading them into a bag, and printing a label to lay them on a moving belt. I also had to learn zip codes from different states, and I was responsible for ensuring that all packages were sorted, scanned, and processed.
