• The OSU College of Pharmacy's Medication Management Program (MMP), focusing on delivering innovative medication therapy management services telephonically to patients with a variety of chronic diseases
• Pharmacy Technician responsibilities comprise of providing a variety of patient care activities including reconciling patient medication lists, addressing issues with cost savings and adherence, and obtaining a full allergy list as supervised and directed by the MMP pharmacists.
