My professional journey began immediately after high school when I took on a role as a cashier in a supermarket. This initial experience was invaluable, as it equipped me with essential skills in customer service and taught me how to effectively engage with a diverse clientele while working under pressure.

In 2021, I sought a position that offered a more comfortable schedule and transitioned to working at an insurance agency, where I continue to grow professionally. In this role, I have further refined my abilities to socialize, empathize, and respect the needs of customers. I have learned to assess and accommodate their requirements effectively, solving problems efficiently and maintaining clear communication with companies to address any inquiries that arise.
