I have worked all over. From fast food, to health care and even a veterinarian hospital. I have come up with so many good skill sets because i have had such a variety of different work environments that i learned how to multi-task and work under tons of pressure. Barista

Customer Support - Refill all of the necessary condiments such as straw, etc. Help make more coffee, brew cold brew, make whips, etc. If needed help prepare drinks and or, cash people out.

Cashier - Cash people out, if they asked for a regular brewed coffee or tea I would prepare that for them. If they needed a delicious pastry I would either heat it up for them or grab it for them.

Bar (A.K.A Drink Making) - I would prepare any drink that printed out. Cold or hot drinks. I would call them out if the customer was in the lobby or put them in order by sticker print out for the partner working drive thru.

Drive Thru (DTO: Drive Thru Orders) - I would greet the customer and take their orders while handing the partner cashing customers out the correct drinks.

Drive Thru (DTR: Drive Thru Register) - Greet the customer and collect payments while also hanging the customers their drinks and making small conversation if the customer is waiting for their drink(s).

Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Take order's over the phone, cash people out. If they are dining allow them to pick a table and take the customers food out. Ask the customer if they need anything and allow them to eat.

Cook - Put together pizza, wings, sandwiches, desserts, etc. Make sure the food prepared is to par and cut the pizza, etc.

Closing Shifts - Send any dishes that need to be washed to the dishwasher. Deep clean any surfaces that are to be deep cleaned or clean oven's to par. Maker sure no veggies, etc. are out of date and if so, prepare new ones. Sweep, mop and make everything super nice and sparkly!

Accomplishments

    I have accomplished a ton when it came to working for health care. Before becoming a CNA i actually started off as a housekeeper. So instead of physically taking care of the patients i would clean their rooms and even build relationships with them. After 6 months of hard work and extra hours put in I got promoted (:

    When I worked as a barista, after a year and a half i was offered a lead position to be a manager, at the age of 17. Hard work and dedication to be a better barista fueled my ambition to be the best I can be for the company I was representing.
