Assist customers and leads the team in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store to achieve sales, KPIs and store performance goals. Prioritize, assign, and delegate daily goals, tasks, and assignments to associate team. Defined clear targets and objectives and communicated to other team members. Partner with the Store Manager to plan and execute community events and develop mutually beneficial business relationships with various rescue agencies. Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Required to maintain cleanliness and well-being of all livestock including animal care and feeding. Lead and demonstrate engagement with customers using selling and service model. Managed inventory and ordered supplies to keep location well stocked with necessary supplies. Prepared shift summary reports for supervisor and communicated regularly on goals and progress.

I am responsible for greeting and assisting customers, connect with them, asking and answering their questions. Make customers aware with our promotions and also providing our services such as our dog wash and vet care and also about our VIP membership. I maintain dog wash and animal cages clean also assist restocking and moving products to sales floor , assist with the team on daily store operations and store goals.

Greet Customers and work closely what they're looking for, answer their questions about merchandise and recommend the right solutions. Build a trusted relationship with customers. Provide promotion info in our credit and loyalty programs. Make sure customer is satisfied. Work on fitting rooms putting racks with clothes away. Make sure tables look presentable.Work in a team to drive sales up.

Working closely to assist and provide customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about the merchandise and recommend the right solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction from excellent customer service. Welcome customers to the store and let them know any promotions for that day. Follow up and achieve sales goals on a monthly basis. Go beyond to drive sales up. Maintaining in-stock and make sure sales floor is presentable by folding and organizing. Handle register/ cashier. Team up with coworkers for good customer service along with building up sales. Cleaning and putting clothes up and back from fitting rooms. Make sure its all presentable and organized for the following day.
