After my first year of success, I was asked to lead the upmarket and medical vertical team which became a building block for the company’s 2023 and beyond strategy. As someone who leads by example, I managed the highest revenue generating team in the company and closed historic deals with them side by side.

  • FY22: 101% to goal (after company-wide riff which affected ⅓ of team)
  • FY23: 120% to goal, closed initial upmarket new framework (HITRUST) deals to carry quota while top AE was out for maternity leave
  • FY24 Q1: 137% to goal, collaborated with top AE to close and onboard the biggest deal in company history (HITRUST)
  • Created training and strategies to sell a new compliance framework - HITRUST, increased lead flow and revenue by developing relationship with the HItRUST governing body, and helped Thoropass plant the flag as the number one company in the space for health technology businesses.
