Whether it is "grit work" (prospecting, outbounding, running 5+ demos in one day) or "strat work" (forecasting, creating team culture, creating and nurturing partnerships, performance management, managing around leaves) my goal is to never be anything less than stellar.
After my first year of success, I was asked to lead the upmarket and medical vertical team which became a building block for the company’s 2023 and beyond strategy. As someone who leads by example, I managed the highest revenue generating team in the company and closed historic deals with them side by side.
