  • The hostel housed about 60 mentally disabled people (low- moderate functioning)
  • was assigned 3 personal cases, and once a week co-led a dynamic group of 7 higher functioning women who lived with in the community.
  • Held therapy meetings with in the hostel as well as the work place for the higher functioning people.
  • Each client is diagnosed with a different diagnosis.
  • Once every two weeks held a therapy session for a high functioning man with autism in a different location.
  • Analyzed problems and worked with teams to develop solutions.
  • Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, reports and filled out claims of concern regarding different mates in the hostel.
  • Participated in meetings, workshops and presentations related to projects to gain knowledge.
  • Interacted with legal guardians by phone, email, or in-person to provide information.
  • Assisted fellow team members at psychiatrist appointments and evaluation appointment for our tenants.

  • I drafted as a personal trainer, trained 3 months on the Wingate campus in Netanya (Bahhad 8). Was placed in my unit (Lochama Electroni Gdud psagot) in April 2018.
  • I was the only certified instructor on the base.
  • I was in charge of 12 plugot's fitness.
  • I physically trained the combat soliers, tested them for their fitness levels.
  • Held meetings with the commanders and maagad of the gdud to ensure the qualification of the soliers and their physical ability to fulfill the fitted training to become a combat solider for our unit.
  • I had the privilege of motivating, training and befriending incredible individuals.
  • Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey professional information to commanders and sergeants.
  • Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
