• Managed flow of the clinic by announcing which chairs needed to be cleaned for the next patient and assigning the next patient to whichever clinician was finished.

•Helped other clinicians by answering any questions they had or by assisting them with their appointment.

• Answered questions that the front desk ladies had at times

•Collected checklist for certain appointments through the day, confirmed everything was done to be able to scan them and send them to the Doctors and manager.

• Confirmed certain notes were done, scans went through, photos were uploaded, and messages were sent

•Two times a month I would sit at the front desk to answer phone calls while the front office was in a meeting. Depending on the call I would cancel, schedule, reschedule appointments and answer any questions. Sometimes I would take payments but not often.

• If short staffed I would be asked to jump in a chair to see patients. I would prep patient up with braces for Doctor to adjust, place/take out wires, untie/tie o-ties and power chains, placed bands, debonded patients, scanned patients for retainers or appliances, even had some experience with Invisalign.

•Made beds

•Helped residents get dressed and ready for the day

•Took residents to their cafeteria for meals or wherever they wanted to go

•Bathed residents

• Assisted Med Tech to administer medication for certain residents

• Assisted individuals with daily routines

•Took individuals on outings of their choice like the park, mall, video game stores

• Encouraged the residents to do activities that worked on life or motor skills like shooting hoops, making snacks, walking to see or interact with neighbors

• Depending on the individual sometimes bathing or encouraging hygiene would be needed

•Administered medication and documented any incidents that happened or any medication given
