
I am an experienced Line Cook and BOH Leader with over 5 years of experience in high-volume kitchens, event execution, food safety, and team training. One of my biggest achievements was growing in my role and being promoted to Sous Chef, which showed my dedication, leadership, and ability to perform under pressure.
