As team leader, I was responsible for all store processes when the manager and assistant manager were absent. This included receiving merchandise and processing it in the system, managing online orders, organizing, packing, and shipping them, opening the store in the system (one of the most advanced at the time), handling returns and exchanges of footwear, overseeing visual merchandising, and providing customers with a pleasant experience with professionalism and respect. I also supervised the work of each store employee to ensure that, with the team's help, we achieved our daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Additionally, I was responsible for the cash register, cash deposits, and necessary paperwork. It was a job from which I learned a great deal, and I value it because I know I can develop my best skills to contribute to the success of other businesses.
