As guest services we welcome the guest to the arena we ask the guest to please clear their pockets as keys, cellphones, and there wallets/purse and as guest services we scan there tickets when they enter the arena we ask them how many are in the party we scan there ticket and we tell them enjoy the concert or basketball events or hockey and as a guest services we help guests to find there section and where there seats are located we help guests with any questions about the arena as well where are the restrooms or as well where is guest services office if they need to talk to management.
