• Global EHS Master Data (SAP) Manage, Maintain Data ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with global regulations. Support data lifecycle processes, mass updates, system migrations and troubleshooting. Support Globally Harmonized System (GHS)rulesets, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and label documentation, and product safety compliance data. Partner with Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders for continuous improvement initiatives for global data systems and provide guidance and training to users.
• Procurement (SAP)Manage Requisitions, P. o's, Invoices, ensuring suppliers' sds are updated.
• Global Trade Compliance Network (SAP), Regulatory & Legal Procedures, GTS Database Maintenance.
• Relationship building within Manufacturing, Import/Export, Retail Distribution, and Financial Institutions.
• Manage Customer Service Relations Issues for US, Latin America, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, and Australia.
• Business Development, Product Sales, Account Maintenance, Problem Resolution and Follow Up.
• Handle high volume, diverse inquiries and provide customer education on products and services.
• Order Processing, Pricing, Merchandising, Inventory Control, and Database Maintenance.
• Forecast Transportation, Suppliers, Distributors, Planning.
• Credit and Collections, Recovery of Delinquent Account, Assets/Payment Scheduling, Medical Collections.
• Import/Export Management
• Coordinate all export and international customer service functions for a high-volume global manufacturer.
• Export documentation for diverse product lines, resolution of customs/broker issues, terms of payment, freight forwarding, certificates of origin, Proforma invoices, commercial/legal documentation, export clearance processes, transportation documentation, classifications under Harmonized system (Schedule B numbers), hazardous material transportation, insurance, letters of credit, NAFTA compliance, and thorough familiarity with Incoterm.
• Management of customer service relationships with South America, European and Southeast Asian Countries.
• Global Trade Compliance: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures associated with compliance, Effect change and ensure compliance with databases as required for Globe and customers it serves. Connect with Logistics, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Research leads to ensure compliance is understood, supported and effective. Work with Legal Dept to ensure that all products meet international trade and Regulatory compliance requirements. Monitor and screen each customer through SAP compliance system to ensure Trade Compliance. Participate in Global Trade Compliance Networks, document control; maintain GTS master data with IT support.
• Financial Reporting
• Full Charge Bookkeeping, General Ledger, Trial Balance, Income Statements, Journal Entries, Posting, Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Monthly Activity Reports, Investigation and Resolution of Reporting Discrepancies.
