• Responsible for commissioning, programming boilers and all boiler controls

• Provided service on all boiler types and various boiler equipment

• Troubleshoot, repair and diagnose all burner controls

• Sell and recommend various burner controls for better operation

• Train and educate maintenance crews and other techs on burner controls

• Regularly inspect, diagnosis and perform repairs on commercial and industrial equipment

• Install burner safeguards and also other burner controls

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, DA tanks, pumps, prv's..etc

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to precisely understand orders, installation

• Continuously restock van with the necessary supplies

• Troubleshoot/repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment such as but not limited to split systems Boilers, Geothermal, RTU's, Oil burners, Water Heater, Kohler generators…etc
• Regularly inspect, diagnosis and perform repairs on residential and commercial equipment
• Install compressors, evaporators, motors as well as mechanical/electrical controls
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on bearings, pumps, motors and all other equipment
• Manage all advertisement's and website
• Correctly bill all customers accordingly using Service Titan
• Continuously restock van with the necessary supplies.

• Troubleshoot/repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment such as but not limited to split systems Boilers, Geothermal, RTU's, Oil burners, Water Heater, Kohler generators…etc
• Regularly inspect, diagnosis, repairs and perform preventative maintenance on residential equipment and commercial equipment
• Install compressors, evaporators, motors as well as mechanical/electrical controls
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on bearings, pumps, motors, shaft alignments and fans
• Read and interpret blueprints/diagrams and manuals
• Document all maintenance/repair actions and manage equipment records
• Correctly bill all customers accordingly using Service Titan
• Adheres to the operational procedures and guidelines
• Maintain communication with dispatch and manager.

• Service and install commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Service and Install toilets, faucets, sinks and all other plumbing equipment
• Continuously restock van with the necessary supplies
• Safely climb up and down off ladders in adverse weather conditions
• Maintain communication with lead, dispatch, and manager
• Safely drive and sit for extended periods, including adverse weather conditions
• Safely reach (including above my head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports daily.

• Efficiently perform pre and post trip inspections on the tractor and trailer that is being utilized
• Safely climb up and down tractor & trailers in adverse weather conditions up to 50 times daily
• Properly document all freight control processes
• Ability to read and understand shipping papers, hazardous materials markings and labeling identifications
• Interacts and converses with external/internal customers
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports
• Sort, Handle, load, and or unload freight at various job sites.
