- Responsible for the overseeing installs of Safe Oil equipment

-Work with local contractors to ensure a clean and quick install process that provides no stress to the restaurant or its staff.

-Insure all installed equipment complies with local and state law, as well as fire code.

-Communicate effectively between restaurants and staff proper expectations and protocols on install days.

- Responsible for training all staff on the new equipment they receive on date of install.

-Started when there was 32 installs in the ground to now over 200 and counting. Personally oversaw 100+ installs as Lead Installer.

-Trained new team members on operational processes, Safe Oil standards, correct protocol as installers.

Lead Service Technician June 2025-Present

-Responsible for maintaining, servicing, and building of Safe Oil Equipment

-Main technician on sight to maintain or replace Safe Oil equipment.

-Communicating clearly with customers where their having problems with the system or equipment. Offer over the phone trouble shooting/support to help immediately with any issues. If that is not effective, relay to the customer, a proper expectation of when we can be on sight and have a technician out to help.

-Effectively communicate to staff, management, and ownership what issues were arising in the system, how we solved them, and how to prevent similar issues from arising again.

-Logging all service calls or service requests per customer in our restaurant data base in order to keep track and analyze future pain points for the customer, in order to be more efficient.
