Working with KMHS for more than twelve years has given me the knowledge to navigate circumstances of crisis with people who are in the services of inpatient crisis centers. Having worked with both adults and children and I have experiences with organizing information and resources for the people in need. As a team player, bringing resources to the team is important. As a peer counselor I would bring compassion and advocacy for people in need of these resources. I have a strong sense of empathy, and am good at developing rapport with people.
