I am not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo. At Arrow Exterminators I had great success in my role as a sales representative I moved into a leadership role within the company. After having success in the leadership role presented to me I was offered a different career path in a field that interested me more that the pest control service industry. I changed fields to become a collision estimator for Caliber Collision. I looked at this new role as a way to advance my career, learn a new skill, and challenge myself in a new way. I am currently seeking a different route now as I wish to continue my personal and professional growth.
