• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure jobs stay on schedule and within budget.
• Keep homeowners updated throughout the construction process and handle any concerns they may have.
• Complete pre-construction meetings with the homeowner and sales team on what’s to be expected from both the homeowner and Epic Pools throughout the building process.
• Ensure job-sites are kept clean and safe throughout the build.
• Make sure each phase of the job is up to code and each required inspection passes before moving onto the next phase.
• Meet with subcontractors before and after each phase to ensure everything is correct and to company standards.
• Complete final walk through with homeowners once construction process is complete to make sure they are happy with the final product.

• Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, salt systems, and filters.
• Perform repairs and installations professionally and safely, and inline with recommendations provided by the manufacturer.
• Communicate repairs needed with client and service manager.
• Assisted in the building process of both residential and commercial pools.
• Complete initial start up of residential and commercial swimming pools, including verifying all equipment is in working order and water chemistry is tested and balanced properly.
