ADAS Technician Duties: Shop Foreman Duties:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and calibrations on ADAS systems including lane assist, adaptive cruise control, collision avoidance, and 360-degree camera systems.
• Operate specialized equipment (such as OEM scan tools, alignment systems, radar and camera calibration tools).
• Ensure all ADAS repairs and calibrations meet OEM specifications and safety standards.
• Document all repairs and calibrations performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Stay current with evolving ADAS technologies and maintain OEM training certifications.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of shop technicians.
• Assign work orders based on technician skill level and job priority.
• Provide guidance and technical support to technicians as needed.
• Perform quality control checks on completed repairs to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
