Responsible for accurately transferring assigned information from the customer's bill of lading document into the Company's online freight billing system in an efficient and timely manner. Job assignments include complete processing of the freight bill or partial entry of the freight bill data. Maintains expected department quality standards for bills processed each day based on the job assignment. Maintain accurate records of customer billing requirements on a daily basis. Maintains a working knowledge of the freight bill entry manual. Participates in team/department initiatives designed to improve customer service as needed. Along with the billing supervisor, solves problems with freight bill entry issues as they occur.

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls regarding reservations, or any questions for all Golden Entertainment properties, hotels, restaurants and attractions

• Managed two departments consisting of three sales specialists and three customer services associates to deliver on monthly sales, safety and loss prevention goals

• Oversaw day to day operations in the tire center shop, in charge of ordering all necessary shop supplies, while maintaining a safe work environment for all employees, and achieving next level customer service

• Perform various tasks in the shop, while always maintaining the number one job of exceptional customer service

• Assist the cashiers and members by the loading items onto the conveyor belt
• Ensuring that all items are accounted for and rung up, then loading the items back into the cart according to the members wishes
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area, clear of debris or potential trip hazards at all times
