I graduated from Warner High School in May of 2022 as the valedictorian of my class. I then moved on to Connors State College to complete an Associates in Science, while majoring in Physical Education. I then moved my educational career to Northeastern State University in the fall of 2024, and switched my major to Cellular and Molecular Biology. I have made many academic accomplishments at NSU. One of these would be scoring the highest grade in my General Chemistry I course, with a score of 107%. Another one would be serving as an SI leader for the General Chemistry II course. I have also maintained a GPA of 3.89 for this degree plan. I have worked in a few different jobs along the way, including becoming self-employed for the majority of time I was enrolled at CSC. I have learned to be disciplined, well-organized, flexible, and goal-driven through my education career.
I have been a Cherokee Nation Undergraduate Scholarship recipient since I attended my first semester of College in the fall of 2022. This scholarship requires members of Cherokee Nation to maintain good behavior with their affiliated university, and to also maintain an adequate GPA through their coursework. As a recipient of this scholarship, I am also required to serve a minimum of 25 community service hours per semester. Only those who are upstanding citizens, and can be persistent through academics, can earn this scholarship.
