All daily maintenance of a golf course and park as well as landscaping projects such as irrigation install and repair, drainage install and repair, and bunker reconstruction. Possess' the ability to read and follow blueprints for irrigation and Lanscaping projects and installations. Functions as leader during projects and also independently on weekends directing a crew of 12 employees. On-the-job-training of staff is also required in order to meet and exceed standards. Experience in irrigation installation, maintenance, and system start up and shut down. When required it is not out of the ordinary to paint, fix electrical work, or minor carpentry. Well versed in the safe operation of all equipment at the golf course and park. Aid in the regular and preventative maintenance for club house and golf course equipment.

Responsibility included paint, minor carpentry, roofing, electrical work, minor plumbing, drywall and framing, flooring, and demolishing work.

Daily tasks included reading and understanding blueprints and install directions, fabrication of subassemblies (In doing so included, soldering, splicing, and crimping), testing and shipping finished products. It was not out of the ordinary to be involved with training new and seasoned employees. Not out the ordinary to also complete projects from raw material to final assembly.

Baking breads and baked goods. Deliveries to several locations. Maintenace of kitchen appliances including commercial refiguration and ovens. On the job training and teamwork was required
