Leadership Experience
As a carpenter my intentions are to clearly state job operations, desire, capability and options for said project. Leading by example and being a pilot for on-site accountability. Taking responsibility for one's actions and being available to communicate how, when and what when able. The role of being a great co-worker as well as an employee is dictated by my response to leadership, time sensitive materials and the desire to work hard till my duties are fulfilled.
