  • Designated to help the lead Journeyman Electrician.
  • Spotted movement of Aerial Manlifts throughout the Natural Compressor Station and Natural Gas Plants.
  • Installed Aluminum Cable Tray above elevated pipe racks and steel structures.
  • Pulled various sizes of wire on cable tray rack, through electrical conduit, junction boxes, and Main Control Centers (MCC).
  • Phoned out and located unlabeled wire and labeled them to correct color code and functionality in order to terminate without error.
  • Terminated 120v, 220v, and 480v to Electrical Buckets within Main Control Center (MCC)
  • Terminated 120v, 220v, and 480v from Main Control Center to Electrical Motors, Electrical Instrumentation, Industrial Lighting and Oil and Gas Compressor Skid Platform Units.
  • Re-routed existing wire and conduit from existing area to a new designated area.
  • Installed 1"-2" Ridgid Conduit
  • Pulled wire to instruments on skid, and flexed and terminated and applied labels to each instrument; installed different instruments such as PDIT LIT PIT LSLL LSHH
  • Pulled 12v Instrumentation wire from Main Control Center (MCC) to the Oil and Gas Compressor Unit Skid's Junction Boxes, then ran and labeled wire from Junction Boxes to 12v Instruments throughout skid platform.
  • Ability to operate Greenlee 555 1"-2" inch Hydraulic Ridgid Conduit Bender.
  • Ability to operate Manual 1" Ridgid Conduit Chicago Bender.
  • Able to fabricate offsets, three and four point saddles at 15, 30, 45 degrees.
  • Able to fabricate 90 degree elbows on ridgid conduit.
  • Leadman of a crew designated to install the Electrical Transmission Lines of Oil and Gas Compressor Skid Units; Each Oil and Gas Compressor Skid varies by design and consists of both AC and DC; I would take note of each Electrical Instrumentation Unit and create an exhaustive material list based on design with little to no waste.
  • I scouted the most efficient route for conduit pipe and shared this information with my crew so we all followed the same route.
  • Each skid had single week deadlines that were required to be met.
  • Working as an apprentice I gathered on the job experience from observation and questioning that was later applied throughout my everyday job duties
