I worked the bar inside of the winery and described, sold, and poured wine for our guests and made sure they were happy and satisfied. During the weekend I worked well with a team of people to get through the busy days, however a day or two during the week I would work and manage the winery by myself. Days during the week I was not behind the bar, I was often helping design the wedding hall for the coming wedding and setting it up. After not long working there, I quickly became the wedding's labor force lead, right behind the wedding coordinator, and was there along side them during the wedding day itself, being the first ones there and the last ones to leave by the end of the night.

I was initially hired and trained as a host apart of the first staff of this location. We had a successful opening week, but had to temporarily close down because of the COVID-19 restrictions. When we reopened, I immediately hopped back into working there and quickly became a busser alongside a host and filled in whatever position I could and worked 5-6 days a week.

The company was initially built up and founded by my mother, and I worked with her during weekends throughout a majority of my high school. She owned the business for over 3 years before selling it off to new owners who were also based out of Sacramento. I was the only one from the initial work force to continue working for the new ownership and became their lead laborer and helped the both the new hires and the new owners learn their way around the new company and getting through weddings before I decided to move on.
