A Certified Zaxby's Trainer is a member of leadership I am responsible for training new and existing employees on Zaxby's procedures and standards. I provide hands-on training, and ensure all team members are proficient, contributing to overall guest experience and operational excellence. This role involves both front-of-house and back-of-house training, and trainers must often be certified themselves within a certain timeframe of becoming a trainer.
