Summary

Within my first job at Kendra Scott I was able to adapt and learn quickly the roles of a manager and understand the requirements of a lead position. I am currently studying to gain my BA degree in industrial and organizational psychology, which is the field of the workplace. Regarding my bachelor’s of Arts degree I am also looking into higher education , specifically my masters degree in educational psychology. I would like to highlight my extreme attention to detail ,excellent communication skills both verbal and written , adaptability and most importantly my attendance when it comes to time management within the workplace. Above all I am excited to begin each shift with a great attitude and ready to both meet and gain new customers each day.

  • As a manager at Kendra Scott , I was in charge of most of the opening and closing shifts most of week and the full weekend. With this title I was the point person and a lead on the team. I was able to both sell and organize within my position. Being a keyholder / manager in charge of the opening and closing you are running the store and making sure everything is up to date and organized. The position required immense preparation for each shift and during closing required me to write an EOD email , including daily KPIS and forecasted plan numbers. Besides writing the EOD email and sending it to the rest of the managers and district manager of the company , the position also required me to create a deposit and deposit slip each night. Overall the job required me to first be a people person , enhance both mine and my team members engagement with customers , sell to customers and enjoy our time all while working and doing the job correctly !
