Upon moving to Binghamton, and starting the real estate project through Radraf Corp., I was instrumental in targeting certain real estate investments, which were upgraded and turned into profitable operations. Our current project is a house located at 322 Oakdale Road, in Johnson City which was purchased for $35,000.00, renovated and currently up for sale at 154,500.00. In addition I was able to negotiate other real Estate properties, which will be renovated and placed for sale.

I am planning to seek other employment, instead of my current role at Radraf Corp., to reduce my involvement in their operation which will provide for more time for my Autistic child, as well as reducing the stressful environment of my involvement at my current position.
