I operated the cash register to receive customer payment; Helped customers in need of additional services; stocked inventory; and checked on customers at tables to see how they are doing.

While working at Resilience, I was tasked with conducting interviews and managing meetings. When conducting interviews I asked the interviewees questions that pertained more to themselves as people more than the position they wanted to work in. After doing so I would set them up to meet with a supervisor who worked in the position they applied for.

I worked in the packing section. I lifted and carried many items into boxes that were various weights from heavy to light. These packages were then sent off to be delivered to customers.
