I am extremely excited, 100 percent motivated, and firmly believe, that with a condition like cancer,or an eating disorder, exercise can bring one to a healthier state of, not only the body, but the mind as well. I think that setting the mind right will, eventually set the body right, and if the body will not comply, if a person's way of thought improves, so will their life. Living with chronic disease for well over a decade, having to deal with multiple ups and downs physically has given me a very different life outlook than I had in my younger years. I may have a very different way of approaching all aspects of life, it has forced me to become More able in many ways than I was before I became disabled. Softer, yet so much stronger. More able to cope and really see what is important in this world, and that is not only ourselves, but other people as well. I Think that helping people to harness both the physical and mental aspects of wellbeing is one of the most productive and rewarding things this life has to offer!
