When I was in high school, I earned more than 200,000 RMB through social media. My initial principal was only 200RMB, and finally I managed to reach 1 million RMB a year. At the same time, I also used the money to do some public welfare, I donated a library to a poor primary school in China. I have also created accounts on three different social platforms. I have two accounts on tiktok, which are 5w7 fans and 70,000 fans (both of which have stopped updating at present), 14,000 fans on Weibo and 58,000 fans on wechat store.

I operated three different social platform accounts at the same time, and also did a lot of offline activities, and achieved very good results.

• In my high school online shop, I am both the boss and customer service, so I am also responsible for recruiting customer service staff and doing the work required by customer service
• Provided training and support to new associates to help provide high-quality customer service.
• Responded to customer calls and emails to answer questions about products and services.
• Handled billing and payment issues following guidelines, resolving disputes properly.
• Investigated and resolved customer inquiries and complaints quickly.
