Zi'Anna Walker

Hello I am Zi'Anna Walker, a hardworking and dedicated 20-year-old mother, recently obtained certification as a dental assistant from the Accelerated Academy program. Despite the program's short duration of three months, I feel I have gained significant knowledge and skills. Now, I am very eager to secure employment to further expand my understanding of dental terminology and patient care. With the experience gained from the program and rigorous studying, I really believe I would be an excellent candidate to showcase my abilities. Although newly certified with limited hands-on experience, I have completed 24 hours of job shadowing at a local dentist office as well as experience within my program during the hands on clinical that was offered. Additionally, I possess four years of customer service experience in my current field of work. Alongside my customer service skills, I excel in time management, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. I am a quick learner and believe that with my existing knowledge, joining your team and aligning with current members would be seamless. Furthermore, I am eager to learn from colleagues and believe I can can contribute greatly to the team's success.
