My role as a Med Tech is to administer medication to the residents of this facility. I have had experience in both an assisted living as well as a memory care setting with patients with various different care plans and limitations.

This job position also includes calling different companies and individuals including pharmacies to reorder medications and residents family members to give them updates on their loved ones.

As a Med Tech we are also responsible for faxing and making our facility nurse aware of doctors orders being sent to us.

• Resolved customer complaints and maintained clean and tidy checkout area.

I offered expert advice tailored to each customer's skill level and preferences, ensuring they had the best experience on the slopes. My responsibilities also included performing routine maintenance and repairs on ski gear, managing rentals, and keeping the shop organized and welcoming. My passion for skiing and in-depth knowledge of equipment allowed me to stay current with industry trends and offer valuable recommendations to customers.
