  • Developed 11 of the 13 Canvas PowerApps that were showcased in San Diego Kaiser Permanente.   • Provided project coordination for the design of a new physician onboarding process and web-based system to streamline physician recruitment, background check, and credentialing and onboarding process.   • Assisted with the design of an innovative Physician Wellness Academy attended by over 250 physicians from multiple specialties to improve overall well-being and resilience. Asked to serve as project coordinator for four program cohorts that included 13 individual sessions each. Responsible for all program logistics including attendee registration, developing curriculum materials, ordering supplies, preparing and distributing all weekly communication to attendees.
  • Supported multiple projects for the Wellness, Culture, and Communication department including recognition projects, engagement projects, new physician gifts, and internal surveys to assess physician wellness.
  • Provided support for Leader Rounding on a direct report initiative deployed to 350 managers over two months. Support included assisting with training for all managers and helping with project logistics. Continuing to provide ongoing support for this initiative including system support, troubleshooting, reporting, and weekly communications to users. Current results demonstrate high engagement with over 5,000 rounding conversations per month.
