In this Role I work Closely with a Business manager leading and take the initiative to find and close Small Business deals While help supporting Reps

• Searching continuously for new businesses and growing existing accounts
• Consult with customers to identify their business challenges and recommend tailored solutions to solve them and ultimately deliver a powerful return for customers while improving their business
• identifying, developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and partner-selling.
• Proactively establishing, building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and POC's

• Inspire and excite customers about how our solutions can impact their lives
• Ensure that our customers leave our stores with the best solutions for their needs
• Deliver the best product set-up and coaching experience possible
• Provide our customers with a basic understanding of the functionality of the products and accessories they purchase so that they can immediately enjoy their new solutions
• Support daily business operations, including processing customer transactions and auditing cash receipts daily

• Collaborated with team members to ensure timely delivery of packages.
• Organized outgoing mail into designated bins according to postal regulations.
