Traditional hatha yoga, long distance running, reading, hiking. 


I believe, helping others discover their passions will fuel our own. Not just providing a sense of purpose and a burst of inspiration in my daily endeavors but make it complete. However, on challenging days, you need a refuge that not only recharges you physically, but also mentally. My gateway to a perfect solution was to fulfill my curiosity to try traditional hatha yoga. It shaped the journey of of my life and transformed it to a more conscious state of mind. The wide range of vedic literature feeds the reading appetite both in the voluminous and omnivorous cases.


Weather it's the thrill of sports, like running or the rhythm of dance, - which are my other significance passions in life - it is a common conclusion that being active and spiritually conscious, balances our life. The beneficiaries are not only us, but also our immediate loved ones and those around us.
