ZURI TUCKER

My name is Zuri Tucker. I'm 22 years old, and I live in Coral Springs, FL. I'm efficient and dedicated to the job in front of me. I have experience managing inventory and loading and unloading products. My past experience in that field included working for a crystal company and a warehouse. I was in charge of putting labels on products and counting how many types of crystals and packages there were. Another job experience I had was working for a company called City Furniture, where I was loading and unloading trailers while maintaining a clean work space. I was also previously employed at a company called PuppySpot. There, I transport and deliver puppies to happy families. I handle Customer communication, communication with coworkers and site managers regarding the count and health of the puppy or puppies, and the cleaning of the puppies and their kennels. I am currently working at a cable company called BlueStreamFiber. I work as an Outbound representative and dispatcher. My job consists of calling customers after the technicians are done with their job to make sure everything was handled properly and to take care of any problems before they escalate. As for the dispatching position, I send techs out to homes for installs, upgrades, and downgrades on equipment. or to simply reschedule or cancel a work order. On top of that, I add equipment to accounts, add services, and provision phone and cable modems.
