- We have a schedule set up on what will be going on throughout the day. We lesson plan for the clubs we would be teaching that week.
- We all have cleaning duties to do before heading home as well as cleaning up after our activities and making sure everything is back in its place.

- I would assist my team with lesson plans and take turns on doing them by the end of the week. We had a routine to follow so the both of us knew what had to be done.
- I interact with my friends one on one or as a group since we also all got an area to teach every week. As well as having them learn as we age in choice time by asking questions on what they are playing with etc.
- We had to have patience since we individualized each kid learning to fit them the best. As well as having stronger behaviors in class as well as having on day to day base behaviors.
- We also had to do almost all the paperwork since we didn't have a lead. Documentation was a big one as well sending reminders and communicating with parents on the daily. I would translate in Spanish for teacher conferences or with any concerns/questions the parents had.
