• Front/Back Office: Greet patients, answer phones, check-in patients, scheduling in house appts as well as diagnostics, trained in EHR, preparing charts, ordering and stocking medical and office supplies. Obtain vitals, performing PFT's(pulmonary function tests), blood drawls, cleaning up exam rooms and restocking them.

Escorting patients to appropriate rooms, obtaining vitals, any POC testing that is needed. Give immunizations along w/ injections. Ear lavage, EKG's, and assist provider in any procedures. Obtain patient samples for COVID, Flu, Strep, Mono, Glucose, and Pregnancy test. Vision and BAT testing. Discharge patients and sometimes call for ER transfers. EHR trained.

Front/Back Office: Answer phones, greeting patients, check-in patients, scheduling, trained in EHR, process refill request, faxing documents to various insurances and hospitals, obtain prior authorization for treatment & medications, recalling patients for results & or follow-up testing & treatment, preparing charts, ordering and stocking medical and office supplies. Escort patients into exam rooms, obtaining vitals, set-up rooms w/ appropriate instruments, gowns, etc. Performed injections, U/A's, pregnancy tests, complete lab and radiology requisitions to accompany patients for out-of-office testing. Assist MD w/ in office procedures. Clean-up exam rooms and properly dispose of medical waste. Autoclaving instruments and cleaning autoclave.
