  • Responsible for keeping up with process changes and communicating them to the team regularly.
  • Responsible for meeting bi-weekly with each team member, as well as preparing for and facilitating monthly team meetings with the manager.
  • Responsible for the training and development of new team members, both virtually and in-person.
  • Conducted the interviews for, selected and trained 11 offshore team members, including one supervisor whom I developed through ongoing mentoring.
  • Assisted heavily in the design and implementation process for two Robotic Process Automations (RPAs) that were introduced to our team. Trained the team on how to work with them, as well as opened support tickets when issues arose.
  • Participated in an Operational Excellence pilot program which entailed becoming the process owner for my group, meeting bi-weekly with a process engineer coach for several months, and developing an A3 report while learning the basics of Lean Six Sigma.
