Sarah Poirier

I grew up on a small beef farm in upstate NY. I'm a typical music nerd, I participate in all the school musicals, chorus, Half Past 7 (our school's private singing group), All County and Area All State. I focus on my academics and spend a lot of my time being the quiet kid who studies and does their homework.

In 9th grade I received a 98 on my level five NYSSMA piece, Le Violette (Italian). In 11th grade I received a 100 on my level six NYSSMA piece, Abendempfindung (German).
