This was the first Job I had that gave me real-world experience in the food business and customer service area. It helped me learn how to handle money properly, again make some amazing friends, and find ways to make my work more efficient to give the consumers/customers a quicker and more enjoyable experience. I've learned problem-solving skills along the way, how to efficiently handle afternoon rushes, and how to make a person's day with kindness and/or personality.
During my experience at Jeffco TST, I learned skills on how to refurbish hiking trails, cooperation skills, and communication with my co-workers. It was a very physical and mental challenge but working there helped me overcome the idea of "This is too hard" and it affected my work ethic in other jobs and in life too.
