Accomplishments

Successfully Achieved Presidents Club 16 years from 2004 - 2021 by effectively assisting my customers resolve complex order issues resulting in sales success in the end. This was an annual event awarded by AT&T for top performers. I was awarded for achieving top 1% in the entire organization. This event was a huge accomplishment as it took an entire year to achieve an award of this magnitude. To accept this type of award by the company you had to be in compliance with all business code of conduct and you had to have a clean attendance. They would send us on extravagant trips where they would lay out the red carpet. It was awarded to only the top performers of the entire organization. This award was truly an honor to achieve and accept.
