Kodi Aguilar

Responsible for helping clients navigate the mortgage lending process. My primary role is to evaluate borrowers’ financial situations, recommend suitable loan products, and guide them through the application and approval process. I work closely with clients and real estate agents to ensure a smooth transaction.

• While my primary role is an assistant to my senior lender, I consistently generate and originate my own loans. This is a personal expectation I put on myself and not required by the company.

Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the banking center. Ensure that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversee provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Trains, directs, and supervises personal banker and teller staff. Ensures banking center transactions, expenses, and profitability are in line with Bank standards by ensuring genereal ledgers are balanced daily.

Teller

Perform numerous functions including processing deposits, withdrawals, posting to general ledger accounts, cashing negotiable items, processing loan payments, savings bonds, and cashier’s checks while promoting the bank’s products and services and providing excellent customer service.

Personal Banker

Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing time deposit accounts, consumer loan origination, and assisting clients with account inquiries, maintenance, and problem resolution. Be able to identify sales and referral opportunities to meet set forth goals.
